The Fuzzy Pixmap (FBM) package is a compilation of practices for the conversion and manipulation of images to assorted types of files. These routines are versatile and are able to read any file format. The Lempel-Ziv compresses programs that are automatically uncompressed to a possible destination. An image conversion and manipulation that is made of pipeline of FBM programs is filtered with a few exceptions.
Individualized by an upper case letter in the argument list, the Output file format is separated by default for 8-bit and 1-bit images. On the other hand, some circumstances require lower case letters. Aspect ratio in some cases has pixels that are taller than wider. However, in some programs, aspect ratio specifies the input of the raw and GIF bitmaps. The file denotes the images' width and height, string character and its second character string to describe the image. It also indicates the sharpness of half-toning programs.
The FBM file has a CMU format that is supported by a face format with a 'bcmv' program that can convert to several useful formats. The Compuserve GIF format can convert the assumed aspect ratio size by overriding the file using fbcat. The file has an ability to read Sun formats even without using Sun libraries. As an inclusion to the file, the compile time alternative is able to read the Utah RLE image format.
The synopsis of the file is to convert color, flip isolated pixels, compute derivative image, copy image, create gamma corrections, and edit image appearance. The fuzzy bitmap manipulates images such as PBM, FBM, TIFF, GIF, IFF, Sun, PCX, bitmaps, pixmaps, PostScript and raster files.
