Eudora and PopMail were instruments for advanced education email, which was utilized from user interfaces that were terminal based and in a server/GUI metaphor client.
The CommonLine software package is a process of delivery and standardized format, which is used for the loan data interchange among federal and private student loan service providers to their school. CommonLine as a response file, where in there are also other file extensions used as a response file, uses the .gup file extension. A response file is created to verify the application of loan data that was received, error identification, and report guarantee data. The .gup file extension in particular is used to hold records of response files that are produced only by guarantor updates.
The CommonLine also utilizes other file extensions for their response files, these are:.sup which holds records of a response file that was produced by guarantor, lender, or updates of servicer to ELMNet.
